  • 🆘 安全警示 Safety Warning: 因應部分座位受強震影響,輕鋼架曾有掉落情形,相關區域已張貼警示標語,請同學特別留意並避開受損區域。

〈K書中心團體討論室使用規則與借用方法〉

  1. 多容K書中心設有團體討論室三間,分別容納人數4/5/6。原則上最少登記使用人數為3/4/6,管理人員可依實際需求調整。
  2. 討論室使用時間為每日09:00-22:00(12:00-14:00 / 17:00-18:00 不開放),開放時間以有工作人員服務時段為依據,如當時段無人管理則不開放
  3. 討論室以預約者使用為優先,K中會確認預約者使用權,討論室分配則由K中決定。
  4. 預約開始使用時間10分鐘以內未辦妥使用手續者,取消使用資格。
  5. 使用時需抵押使用者本人學生證,用畢後歸還。
  6. 每次借用以2小時為限,若無人借用得續借,每次續借以1次1個鐘頭為限,如第三小時到時前10分鐘尚未有人借用則可續借第四小時。
  7. 借用討論室可提早至K書中心櫃檯填寫「預約登記表」及「線上預約」,如當天使用也請務必填寫。
    1. 需現場確認身份,非於館內填寫的線上預約一律不算。
    2. 最多提前1週預約。
    3. 不克使用需提前1天取消預約。
    4. 累計3次未使用者取消本學期使用權。
  8. 討論室僅供同學靜態討論使用,如有影響其它人行為管理人員得停止使用權。
  9. 討論室嚴禁飲食,違規者將記點,達3次者將列入黑名單,並請維護整潔。
  10. 使用討論室器材時珍惜愛護,如有使用上問題可詢問管理人員,使用不當者需照價賠償。

"Study House Group Discussion Room Rules"

  1. Capacity & Requirements: Duo Rong Study House provides three group discussion rooms with capacities of 4, 5, and 6 people, respectively. The minimum number of registered users required is 3, 4, or 6, respectively. Staff reserves the right to adjust these requirements based on actual needs.
  2. Operating Hours: Available daily from 09:00 to 22:00. (Closed sessions: 12:00–14:00 and 17:00–18:00). Availability is strictly based on staff service hours; rooms will remain closed if no staff member is on duty.
  3. Priority: Priority is given to users with a reservation. The Study House will verify eligibility, and room assignments are determined by the staff.
  4. Punctuality: Users must complete check-in procedures within 10 minutes of the reserved start time. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the reservation.
  5. Identification: All users must provide their original Student ID card (belonging to the user) as a deposit. The ID will be returned after the room is inspected upon completion.
  6. Duration & Extensions:
    1. Each reservation is limited to 2 hours.
    2. If no other users have reserved the room, an extension may be granted (1 hour per extension).
    3. Special Rule: If no one has reserved the room 10 minutes before the end of the 3rd hour, users may apply for a 4th hour of use.
  7. Reservation Process: To reserve a room, please complete the "Reservation Form" at the counter and the "Online Reservation" (QR Code). Same-day users must also complete the online registration for statistical purposes.
    1. Identity Verification: Must be performed on-site. Online reservations not confirmed at the counter are considered invalid.
    2. Advance Booking: Reservations can be made up to 1 week in advance.
    3. Cancellations: Must be made at least 1 day prior to the reserved time.
    4. Penalties: Users who fail to show up 3 times will lose their reservation privileges for the remainder of the semester.
  8. Conduct: Discussion rooms are for quiet group discussions only. Staff may terminate usage rights immediately for behavior that disturbs others.
  9. Food & Cleanliness: Eating and drinking are strictly prohibited. Violators will receive demerits; accumulating 3 violations will result in being blacklisted. Users are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and returning furniture to its original position.
  10. Damages: Handle all equipment (including projectors and remotes) with care. Users responsible for improper use or damage must compensate the university for the full cost of repair or replacement.

〈K書中心使用須知〉

為維護學習環境與公平使用權益,請入館者遵守以下規範。入館即表示同意本須知,違者將停止其入館權利。

  1. 禁菸:依「菸害防制法」,校園禁菸。違者依規處理,停止入館權利。
  2. 禁止違禁品:禁帶刀械、危險品、違禁藥物(詳見校規)。違者停止入館權利或移交校方。
  3. 服裝:請著整潔服裝(避免暴露、髒污)。違者可能被拒絕入館。
  4. 未成年:12歲以下兒童須成人陪同,成人負責其行為。
  5. 安靜:禁大聲喧嘩,經勸阻無效者,停止入館權利。
  6. 電腦使用:禁止在館內使用電腦玩遊戲、觀看色情資料或違法行為。違者停止使用權。
  7. 討論區:可使用筆電與3C產品,音量以不影響讀書同學為原則。違者停止入館權利。
  8. 讀書區:保持安靜,聽音樂須配戴耳機。經勸阻無效者,停止入館權利。
  9. 禁佔位:座位未用30分鐘或長時間睡眠且無餘位,管理員可清除物品或停止使用權。
  10. 公共秩序:禁鬥毆、騷擾、破壞公物,違者報請駐衛警處理,停止入館權利。
  11. 插座:依指示使用插座,禁擅自移動或用高功率電器。違者停止入館權利。
  12. 特殊狀況:停電或特殊狀況,入館需配合物品檢查。
  13. 離館:關閉桌燈電源,帶走私人物品,遺留物品暫存7天後處理。
  14. 規範同意:入館即同意本須知,規範於入口張貼並提供電子版。

"Study House Rules and Regulations"

To maintain a conducive learning environment and ensure fair use, all users must follow these rules. Entering implies agreement; violators will face suspension of access.

  1. No Smoking: Per the Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act, smoking is prohibited on campus. Violators face legal action and suspension of access.
  2. No Prohibited Items: Weapons, hazardous items, or illegal substances are banned (see campus regulations). Violators face suspension or referral to authorities.
  3. Dress Code: Wear clean, appropriate clothing (avoid revealing or dirty attire). Violators may be denied entry.
  4. Minors: Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult responsible for their behavior.
  5. Quiet Environment: No loud noises. Violators face suspension after warning.
  6. Computer Use: Using center computers for gaming, inappropriate content, or illegal activities is prohibited. Violators face suspension of use.
  7. Discussion Area: Laptops and devices are allowed; keep noise low, earphones recommended. Violators face suspension.
  8. Study Area: Maintain silence; use earphones for music. Violators face suspension after warning.
  9. No Seat Reservation: Seats unused for 30 minutes or used for prolonged sleeping when full may be cleared by staff or lead to suspension.
  10. Public Order: Fighting, harassment, or vandalism is prohibited. Violators face referral to campus police and suspension.
  11. Power Outlets: Use outlets as directed; do not move outlets or use high-power devices. Violators face suspension.
  12. Emergencies: During power outages or special situations, comply with item inspections when leaving.
  13. Departure: Turn off lamps, remove personal items, keep desks clear. Unattended items are stored for 7 days before disposal.
  14. Agreement: Entering implies agreement to these rules, posted at the entrance and available digitally.
