TA資格證明申請(TA certificate)

※ 本學期（114-1學期）TA培訓課程須滿2必修+2選修課程，其中2門至少為實體(可含直播)課程，方符合TA證書申請資格未符合資格者，不予核發TA證書。

之學術倫理課程可認列1門線上選修課程；e等公務員平台之性別相關課程可認列1門線上選修。

※ 學習護照下載路徑：電子學習履歷系統->學習與成長->學習護照->列表機圖示->下載。請確認學習護照修滿2必修+2選修再上傳檔案，謝謝。

※《第一梯次TA資格證明》

2026/1/2(五)之前申請同學於2025/1/7〈三〉後於跨域自主學習認證系統呈現TA完訓證明。TA完訓證明樣式

※《第二梯次TA資格證明》

2026/2/1(日)之後申請同學於開學後後於跨域自主學習認證系統呈現TA完訓證明。

若未收到卓越中心信件，代表申請通過喔~。

TA certificate Notice

1. Make sure there are 2 compulsory and 2 elective courses on your learning passport.

2. Getting Learning passport: Logging E-portfolio → upper : Learning and growing → left : check passport and download it.

※ Two stage for receiving TA qualification certificate

📌 1st Stage:
If you apply for the TA certificate before Jan 2, 2026 (Fri.), it will be available on the Campus Activities Reservation System after Jan 7, 2026 (Wed.).

📌 2nd Stage:
If you apply for the TA certificate after Feb 2, 2026 (Sun.), it will be available on the Campus Activities Reservation System next school open day.
